So, I bought a couple of Texas shaped bone toys to play with my “princess”, we played tug and both of us loved the bones. Well that evening “princess” turned into “devil” and chewed the ends of the toys and pulled all the stuffing out.
So, I gave a low rating on this review system on those toys. I wasn’t mad, just dis-appointed.
Anyway owner or manager of shop called me to my surprise about the feedback, I expected nothing honestly nor did they owe me anything. She was super emphatic and offered to supply me with a new tougher seatbelt tug toy to try.
Well, the new toy is awesome, she “devil” loves it and hopefully it will last much longer.
So in conclusion I’m super satisfied with the company, the care, the situation and resolution and intend to be a long term customer.

Tough toy for chewers
My 11 month old Golden Retriever chewed a hole in the firehouse toy in a half hour. This seatbelt pull toy has proven to be the toughest we have found!! P.S. customer service is the best!!

These are my daughter's dogs that are crazy chewers and love this. My dog is a french bulldog mix and loves hers too! We've now ordered 3!
