Tougher Than It Looks!!
Purchased this toy about a year ago. When it arrived, I thought it wouldn’t last to long as I have a very aggressive chewer, player Australian Cattle Dog. I am pleased to tell you that Larry became one of her favorites and held up extremely well under our dogs’ play. It has been about one year and only now is Larry giving up and getting tattered. He has one hole on his head that she keeps picking at and is now large enough to put a pinky finger into. No stuffing has come out yet and the dogs (we also have an older cattle dog) continue to make Larry one of their go-to toys. Larry gets repeatedly bitten, pulled, scratched, buried, tossed about and thrown around and still is holding up very well! I highly recommend this toy as it is very hardy and is not hard on our dogs’ mouth (coffee cans are also a favorite but they can cut her gums when she rips them apart, so no more coffee cans!). I am ordering another Larry today because it is only a matter of time before we will have to retire him and as it is a favorite toy, it will be replaced! Larry the Lobster is much tougher than it looks!
