American Dog will replace any unused toy at the point of purchase. Used American Dog toys will be replaced or refunded at American Dog’ discretion.
There are varying degrees of animals and their chew / play habits. Some dogs play with toys tenderly and lovingly. Other dogs set out to disassemble / deconstruct any and all toys. To that end, ALL DOGS must be supervised while at play. American Dog toys are for interactive play with you, the owner. Dogs should not be left unattended with any toy.
There is no such thing as an indestructible dog toy. American Dog does not claim to be a maker of indestructible dog products.

You guys are the BEST! My original package from December was porch-napped and I didn’t remember until much later. You simply took it on the chin for a New Customer and replaced everything in my order. An unbelievable but very appreciated kindness on your part. I’m definitely ordering again!

Dogs love it!
This is a great toy and our two dogs absolutely love it. Unfortunately for the toy, they are both pretty aggressive chewers and do not expect it to live more than this first week! However, would not hesitate to recommend and will probably order a replacement as they love it so much.

Take it anywhere!
I love this toy! It is so lightweight, and so far indestructible as a tug for my 70# puppy. I hook it onto the leash (or easily stuff it into a back pocket) and can take it anywhere so I have a safe, easy distraction when walking or training my pup. Without a squeaker, he can play with it in a public place and not bother anyone. I'm ready to order a few more.

Cant beat made in the USA!!
We have a large pack of 10 dogs (German Shorthaired Pointers, Cattle Dogs & a dachshund). Most toys barely last 20 minutes without getting rips or tears in them. Well....we got our toys today and my dogs were outside in the snow, chasing one another while the other had the toy in their mouth and playing tug of war for well over 30 minutes. Not one stitch out of place or rip! I love that they are Made in the USA and that they have "Gracie's Giveback" program!! We are all for helping shelter dogs!! Thank you for such wonderful toys!!!
